Privacy Policy

JARVIS is the private AI workspace used by Unlock Love and its authorized users. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the workspace and connect Google Drive.

Information used by JARVIS

The workspace processes your user identity, conversations, objectives, knowledge, workflows, files, generated artifacts and operational records to provide the features you request. Session cookies keep you signed in. Local browser storage retains interface preferences. The public landing and policy pages do not load advertising or analytics trackers.

Google Drive and OAuth

Google Drive is connected through Google OAuth. You authorize access through Google; JARVIS does not ask for or receive your Google password. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side to maintain the authorized connection.

Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, JARVIS can list and read file and folder metadata, retrieve file contents, import images into workspace artifacts and save generated outputs to configured Drive folders. Access is used to provide the connected workspace features. Importing an image does not make the source file public or modify it.

How Google data is used

Google data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing workspace features you request. Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles. It is not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

JARVIS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the workspace and its storage. When a requested workflow requires AI processing or media generation, relevant content may be sent to the configured provider, such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Higgsfield. Only the content needed for that feature is intended to be included. For a video task, an imported image may be supplied to the generation provider through a temporary signed link after prompt approval. Files are not published as public Drive files to perform this transfer.

Workspace knowledge and objectives are shared with authorized workspace users according to the application’s access rules; private conversation histories are separated by user. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law or protect security. Human access is limited to authorized workspace use, consented support, security investigation or legal obligations.

Storage and retention

Conversations, imported artifacts, operational metadata and connection tokens can remain stored while needed for the workspace or until removed by its administrator. Revoking Google access stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase copies already imported into the workspace. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised.

Your choices and contact

You can revoke JARVIS’s Google connection in your Google Account connections. To request access, correction, removal of workspace data or deletion of stored connection credentials, contact the Unlock Love administrator who provided your JARVIS access through your established workspace support channel. The administrator handles privacy questions and requests.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be published here with a revised date. Material changes to Google data use require appropriate notice and consent.
