Terms of Service

JARVIS is a private workspace operated for Unlock Love and its authorized users. These terms describe the permitted use of its AI-assisted workflows, files, knowledge, objectives and business operations.

Access and account security

Only users granted access by the workspace administrator may use private features. Keep your credentials confidential, use only the account assigned to you and report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator. Public access to this page does not grant access to the workspace.

Authorized use and content

Use JARVIS only for lawful activities and with the rights and permissions needed for the files and connected services you use. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person’s data or attempt to interfere with the service. You retain your rights in content you provide and authorize its processing as needed to perform your requested workflows.

AI assistance and approvals

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs, prompts and proposed actions before relying on them. Existing approval steps remain applicable; connecting a service or importing a file does not authorize unrelated actions. You are responsible for decisions made using the workspace.

Connected services and costs

Google Drive and other integrations depend on the permissions you grant, provider availability and applicable third-party terms. AI and media generation can incur provider charges under the workspace’s configured accounts. Do not approve paid actions unless authorized to do so.

Availability and access changes

The workspace may change or be temporarily unavailable. The administrator may restrict access for security, misuse or operational reasons. Keep appropriate copies of important materials; uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output is not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. For support, access issues or questions about these terms, contact the Unlock Love administrator who provided your access through your established workspace support channel.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date.
